Job Description

As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll be the linchpin between our customers and our product offerings. Our focus is to ensure customer satisfaction through active engagement and support, addressing queries, and providing tailored solutions. Ideal candidates will be proactive, adaptable, and possess a knack for solving customer challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and our service teams.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and growth.
  • Deliver training to clients on product features and usage.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead client onboarding efforts to ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance customer engagement.
  • Document interactions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work on retention-focused projects to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to align on customer strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in both customer service and consultancy roles
