Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Record Maker to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for music, combined with the technical expertise needed to create, record, and produce high-quality audio recordings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with artists to capture their unique sound and vision in each recording.
• Utilise industry-standard software to edit and enhance recordings.
• Participate in creative discussions to develop innovative soundscapes.
• Train junior staff on equipment and software usage when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during all recording activities.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Music Production or a related field
• Training in audio engineering preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years in audio production or sound design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Audition
• Mixing Techniques

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Ableton Certification
• Pro Tools Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
