Nut Process Helper

Job Description

As a Nut Process Helper, you'll be at the heart of our production line, assisting in the processing, packaging, and labelling of various nut products. This is a physically engaging role that requires attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
• Ensure all safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment and safety procedures.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required
• Basic food hygiene certificate preferred

Experience

• Experience in food manufacturing or production environments preferred, but not essential

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Basic math and measurement skills

Advantageous

• Experience with food processing equipment: Prior experience in handling similar machinery is a plus.
