Job Description

We are looking for an Oven Heater Helper to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will assist in the operation and maintenance of oven heaters, ensuring efficient and safe operations within our facility. Responsibilities include monitoring oven heater controls, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians in the installation and repair of oven heating systems.
• Conduct routine inspections on oven heating equipment.
• Ensure that heating systems are properly calibrated and functioning efficiently.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting heating system malfunctions.
• Keep detailed records of operational processes and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields is an advantage

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of heating systems
• Ability to read technical manuals

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina

• Familiarity with maintenance procedures: Experience in following maintenance protocols and procedures.
