Responsibilities

• Oversee network installations and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Evaluate current network systems and propose improvements.
• Respond to and resolve service requests related to network issues.
• Work with external vendors for network hardware and support services.
• Assist in the training of staff on network policies and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Networking or Information Technology
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data network analysis or IT support roles

• TCP/IP
• VPN Setup and Management

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
