We are seeking a skilled Carton Making Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining carton making machines to produce high-quality carton products efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth production flow and meeting customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Setup machines for production runs based on order requirements.
• Ensure smooth operation and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Carry out detailed inspections of finished products for defects.
• Keep detailed records of production output and machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators and enforcing safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certificates are an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in the packaging industry is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills
