Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Certifications in Technical Support are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer support role with a technical focus
