Job Description

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bristol. In this role, you will work closely with our development and IT operations teams to automate and streamline our processes. You will be responsible for maintaining our cloud infrastructure and implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation scripts for configuration management.
  • Manage and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to define and implement robust DevOps solutions.
  • Work on scaling and performance tuning of applications.
  • Use monitoring tools to ensure system health and availability.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a secure DevOps environment.
  • Participate in incident response and manage post-mortems.
  • Engage with the development team to streamline workflows.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role
