Job Description

As an Entomology Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons focusing on insect biology, behaviour, and ecology. You will inspire students and foster a love for entomology, ensuring a strong understanding of these vital organisms.

Responsibilities

  • Design lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and objectives.
  • Engage students through interactive teaching methods and technology integration.
  • Evaluate and refine teaching strategies based on student feedback.
  • Organise and supervise field trips related to entomology studies.
  • Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities related to ecology and biology.
  • Conduct research to enhance curriculum quality and teaching methods.
  • Mentor students interested in pursuing further studies in biology or entomology.
  • Develop educational resources and materials for classroom use.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or PhD in Entomology or a related field
Experience
  • Experience in developing educational resources is beneficial.
