Interior Designer

Job Description

As an Interior Designer with Design Visionaries Ltd., you will be instrumental in creating unique interior spaces that reflect our clients' personalities and lifestyles. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to ensure that the design vision is executed to perfection.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture their vision and requirements for each project.
• Design cohesive interiors by selecting colour schemes, furnishings, and layouts.
• Prepare budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with contractors during all phases of construction and installation.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work.
• Document project milestones and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee their contributions to projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or similar field
• Master's degree in Interior Design is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) membership is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
