The ideal candidate will have experience in kiln furniture casting and possess strong technical skills in operating casting machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Control the entire casting process, from preparation to completion.
• Implement best practices for mold preparation and material mixing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide feedback on production processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support the production manager in optimizing casting workloads.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in kiln furniture casting preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in kiln furniture casting or a related field.
