Job Description

As a Manufacturing Systems Specialist, you will have the opportunity to implement cutting-edge technologies and strategies in our Sheffield facility. Your role will focus on identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements in production systems to maximise output and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production workflows and suggest enhancements.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Assist in budgeting for new system implementations.
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance and areas of concern.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and process improvement roles

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
