We are looking for a Metal Bonding Helper to support our skilled technicians in a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves preparing metal surfaces, applying adhesives, and curing bonding materials, ensuring quality and precision in every task.

Responsibilities

• Support the metal bonding team in preparing components for projects.
• Apply bonding materials correctly according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor and document the curing process for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiencies.
• Assist in troubleshooting any application issues during the bonding process.
• Keep all safety equipment and personal protective gear in good condition.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in bonding techniques.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, and Science advantageous

Experience

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
