Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Customer Success Manager to join our Dundee team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, ultimately driving customer retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Create tailored onboarding experiences for new customers.
  • Foster a culture of customer advocacy within the organisation.
  • Utilize customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Facilitate discussions between clients and product teams for feature requests.
  • Lead customer retention strategies to minimise churn.
  • Document and analyse customer interactions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
Technical Skills
  • Salesforce
  • Project Management Software
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Problem-solving
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools: Experience using tools such as Gainsight or Totango.
  • Second language proficiency: Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus.
