Job Description

As an Environmental Compliance Inspector, you will monitor and enforce water quality regulations to protect our precious water resources. You will conduct inspections, collect samples, and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of water sources to assess pollution risks.
  • Analyse samples in accordance with environmental standards.
  • Document findings and communicate them to relevant parties.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for pollution prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with local authorities on community water projects.
  • Keep comprehensive records of inspections and sampling activities.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to raise awareness about water quality.
  • Participate in environmental audits and ensure compliance with protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or Chemistry
  • Relevant certifications in environmental management are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in environmental compliance or water quality inspection.
