Job Description

We are looking for Heat Treating Equipment Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring heat treating equipment, ensuring that production runs smoothly while adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate heat treating furnaces and associated equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of production data.
  • Participate in safety drills and support safety initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process Improvements.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
  • Assist in training sessions regarding equipment operation and safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
