As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will play a crucial role in managing and directing production activities. This position involves leading a team, ensuring safety compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

• 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
