Responsibilities

• Design and review test strategies for new software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate software against user needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA workflow.
• Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes to senior management.
• Assist in the training of staff on quality assurance practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance methodologies.
• Work on performance testing and load testing of applications.
• Engage in continuous learning about new testing tools and technologies.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Case Management
• API Testing
• Continuous Integration Tools (e.g. Jenkins)

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Problem-Solving

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools: Experience with integrating testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Git for version control: Demonstrated ability to use Git for source control management.
