Job Description

As an Academic Coach, you will work closely with students to develop tailored learning plans aimed at achieving their academic goals. Your role will include providing guidance, encouragement, and support to help students navigate their educational journey effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement group coaching sessions to enhance teamwork and collaboration among students.
• Provide ongoing motivational support to students to keep them engaged in their studies.
• Help students to prepare for examinations and assessments through targeted revision strategies.
• Gather feedback from students to improve coaching techniques and materials.
• Participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance coaching effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Teaching Certificate or License preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in coaching or educational support roles

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Mentoring

• Leadership
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Special Educational Needs (SEN) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Online Tutoring: Proven ability to conduct sessions remotely with effective results.
• Fluency in another language: Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
