We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. You will provide expert guidance and strategic advice on cybersecurity measures, helping our clients protect their digital assets and navigate complex security landscapes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse security breaches and develop protocols for prevention.
• Provide education and training to staff and clients regarding cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain awareness of current cybersecurity technologies and threats.
• Assist in establishing a company-wide security awareness program.
• Work alongside IT teams to integrate security measures into existing workflows.
• Consult on security architecture and design for new systems.
• Recommend enhancements to security infrastructure based on latest technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field
