Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of engineering specifications for aerospace projects.
  • Evaluate new materials and technologies for application in aerospace systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners to procure necessary components.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide mentoring and training to junior engineers and interns.
  • Review and approve design changes to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering projects
