Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Tax Consultant to join our Cardiff team. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of UK tax legislation and be able to provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to our diverse clientele, ensuring compliance while maximizing tax efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex tax issues and strategic decisions.
• Prepare tax forecasts and scenarios for various clients.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss financial and tax strategies.
• Collaborate with external accountants on audit and compliance tasks.
• Assist clients in navigating tax legislation changes and implications.
• Lead projects aimed at improving internal processes and efficiencies.
• Participate in professional development and training initiatives.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Law or Business Administration is a plus
• Advanced Taxation courses or certifications are desirable.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in tax consultancy
