Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating various tools and equipment to ensure their efficiency and safety. Your expertise in identifying defects and recommending repairs or replacements will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our tools and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional tests on various types of tools.
• Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in tools.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tool quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during inspections.
• Evaluate new tools and equipment for quality assurance prior to procurement.

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications or certifications in quality control

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferable

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with power tools and cutting tools
• Proficient in using inspection tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Quality management certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
