Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Organize and store supplies in an orderly manner.
• Assist in training new staff on supply management procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Use inventory management software to track stock levels.
• Lift and move heavy items as required.
• Conduct regular audits of stock to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in logistics planning for deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Forklift license would be advantageous

Experience

• Experience with stock management and inventory control is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Numerical skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
