In this role, you will expertly craft slip covers tailored to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail in every piece. This position offers the chance to showcase your sewing skills and contribute to high-quality interior design projects.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and sew slip covers according to client specifications.
• Select appropriate fabrics and materials for various projects.
• Ensure high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Assist in inventory management of fabrics and materials.
• Provide feedback on fabric quality to suppliers.
• Train new team members on sewing techniques and quality checks.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and production updates.
• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules.
• Maintain sewing machinery by performing routine checks and servicing.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Fashion Design or Tailoring is beneficial

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sewing or upholstery
