Custodial Labourer

Job Description

As a Custodial Labourer, you will play an essential role in our team by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness across various commercial venues. Your daily tasks will include general cleaning, waste management, and maintaining hygiene standards to create a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning routines across various facilities as assigned.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Help to create a positive and welcoming environment for all personnel and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed.
• Provide support during special events or cleaning projects.
• Engage with clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives regarding cleaning processes.
• Report any hazards or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist in team training and onboarding of new staff.
• Strive to meet and exceed cleaning quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Cleaning Operations is a plus

Experience

• Prior custodial experience preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Large Facilities: Experience working in larger commercial or industrial settings.
