Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Casino Runner to join our energetic team. This role is crucial as you will not only assist our valued customers on the casino floor but also ensure their experience is second to none, delivering top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

• Support customers on the gaming floor by providing assistance as needed.
• Deliver snacks and drinks to players while encouraging a lively atmosphere.
• Keep track of cleanliness and tidiness in all gaming areas.
• Alert management of any irregularities or customer disputes.
• Educate visitors on game rules and available promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure exceptional service is delivered.
• Help with the cash handling of chips and tokens.
• Engage with team members to facilitate a positive working environment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or gaming preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a casino or hospitality industry is a plus

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of gaming software
• Cash register usage

Soft Skills

• Multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure

Certifications

• Responsible Gambling Certification (advantageous)
• First Aid / CPR Certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience handling high-volume cash transactions: Experience in fast-paced environments, managing significant cash flows.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling practices: Understanding of responsible gaming guidelines and practices.
