Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations and guiding our financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and develop finance department staff, promoting growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Prepare financial summaries and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and optimize financial processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial data, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Drive performance improvements through financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
  • Master's or other advanced degree is a plus

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management or analysis
