Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Molder, Shaper, and Caster to operate our advanced molding machinery. The ideal candidate will manage the setup and operation of machines, ensuring quality control and efficiency in production. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of molding machines to produce quality products.
• Regularly assess machine performance and output quality.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve skill set and operations knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the training of new team members in equipment operation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles preferred

Technical Skills

• Injection molding
• Maintenance skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in manufacturing processes: Preferred certification that demonstrates knowledge in manufacturing.
• Forklift license: Possession of a valid forklift operating license is a plus.
