Job Description

As a Logging Equipment Operator at Logging Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a Buncher machine, cutting and collecting trees for transport. We seek individuals who have a solid understanding of heavy machinery and a dedication to safety.

Responsibilities

• Utilize GPS and forestry tracking systems for efficient logging.
• Interact with the team to optimise workflow.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly to supervisors.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical training in forestry or heavy machinery operation

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the forestry industry

Technical Skills

• GPS Technology Knowledge
• Hydraulic Systems Experience

• Communication

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Heavy Equipment Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
