Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banker to join our London office. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial markets, specifically in mergers and acquisitions. You will be instrumental in advising clients on strategic transactions and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions from origination through to closing.
• Support senior bankers in negotiating and structuring deals.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain financial models to project business performance.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and assist in their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 6+ years in investment banking or related areas

• CFA Level II
