• Work with external agencies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to target promotions effectively.
• Utilise email marketing and social media to reach potential customers.
• Plan and coordinate product launches and promotional events.
• Implement strategies to grow customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Review customer journeys and recommend improvements accordingly.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on e-commerce performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
