Job Description

As a Marking Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art marking machinery. You will ensure the production of high-quality markings on a variety of materials, whilst adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of marking machines, including laser and inkjet.
  • Conduct regular checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adjust machine settings for different materials and marking techniques.
  • Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.
  • Work with the quality control team to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
  • Report any production delays or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a detailed log of production activities and machinery performance.
  • Collaborate with logistics to coordinate material handling.

Requirements

Education
  • Previous experience in operating marking machinery
Experience
  • Familiarity with different marking techniques and materials.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with CNC machines
