Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ financial health through expert analysis and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
• Ensure the accuracy of invoices and payment records.
• Manage payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Develop financial policies and procedures for the firm.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• ACCA/ACA qualified preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting
• Tax Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Finance-related certification (CFA/FP&A) is beneficial

Languages

• English: Fluent
