Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter/Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate and set up precision grinding machines, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired specifications and finishes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are functioning optimally.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during operation.
• Keep work area clean and organized, promoting a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Document machine operation processes and any modifications made.
• Provide feedback on tool and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
