Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for our Sheffield location. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in retail operations, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Inspire and lead a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Actively engage with customers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
• Manage store budgets and optimize expenses without compromising service.
• Ensure the store maintains a strong visual presentation and a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
