Job Description

As a Rubber Goods Supervisor, you will oversee the production and quality control of rubber goods. You'll ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of rubber goods, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Coordinate daily production activities to optimise efficiency.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, recommending solutions.
• Enhance team performance through effective training and development.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with procurement for material needs.
• Set realistic production goals and assess team performance against these objectives.
• Compile and distribute production reports to senior management.
• Ensure the workplace is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in rubber goods manufacturing, with a focus on supervisory roles
