Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality management systems like ISO 9001.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff regarding quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product quality.
• Utilize statistical methods for data analysis to monitor quality levels.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field

Technical Skills

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies: Experience implementing Lean principles for continuous improvement.
• Experience with CAPA processes: Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action processes in quality management.
