Job Description

We are in search of a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate diverse projects at our York office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior leadership skills, adept at managing project timelines, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. You will ensure that all project milestones are met, delivering results that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to gather requirements and set objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed.
  • Create detailed project documentation for future reference.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage dependencies between projects.
  • Oversee budget management to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced certification in project management is a plus
