Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Legal Assistant to join our growing team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will support our legal professionals in handling administrative tasks, client correspondence, and case management, contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the flow of communication between clients and legal staff.
  • Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
  • Research applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedent.
  • Assist in preparing evidence and exhibits for cases.
  • Help prepare for meetings and take minutes as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment as required.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding case progression.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant qualification
  • Higher education in Legal Studies is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the legal sector
