Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician in Liverpool to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining network security protocols.
  • Provide support for mobile devices and remote working solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects aimed at improving service delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and report issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
