Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Property Coordinator to assist our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating property inspections, managing documentation, and providing excellent support to tenants and landlords alike.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the scheduling and execution of property inspections and repairs.
  • Manage tenant communications and ensure timely response to queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property maintenance requests.
  • Support the Property Manager with budget preparations and tracking.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for maintenance and service needs.
  • Ensure all tenant move-in/move-out processes are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing property performance and tenant feedback.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of local property laws and regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants and landlords to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Certifications in Property Management are highly desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management or administrative support.
