Job Description

As a Veterinary Surgeon with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on animal health. You will utilize your expertise to provide surgical and medical care to our patients, while also supporting our mission of promoting pet welfare through education and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals.
  • Implement and oversee preventive healthcare programmes.
  • Conduct surgeries and post-operative care.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options.
  • Support the practice with administrative duties as needed.
  • Engage in community outreach and education initiatives.
  • Mentor junior staff and students during placements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
  • Additional certifications in specialised fields such as surgery or emergency care are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 4 years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting
