Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotary Soil Stabilizer Operator to join our expanding construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy-duty equipment, playing a key role in stabilizing soil and creating solid foundations for various construction projects. This role requires excellent technical skills and a keen understanding of safety regulations to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Mix chemicals and water with soil using the Rotary Soil Stabilizer.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of soil mixtures according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on-site.
- Report progress and any concerns to the Site Manager.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
Requirements
Education
- NVQ level 2/3 in Construction Plant or Maintenance Operations
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating heavy machinery.
