Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotary Soil Stabilizer Operator to join our expanding construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy-duty equipment, playing a key role in stabilizing soil and creating solid foundations for various construction projects. This role requires excellent technical skills and a keen understanding of safety regulations to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Mix chemicals and water with soil using the Rotary Soil Stabilizer.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of soil mixtures according to specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on-site.
• Report progress and any concerns to the Site Manager.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ level 2/3 in Construction Plant or Maintenance Operations

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating heavy machinery.

Certifications

• CPCS Blue Card
• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid UK Driving License

Languages
