Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Systems Coordinator to support our administrative team in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of new healthcare technologies into existing systems.
  • Work closely with IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials for staff.
  • Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in budget management for healthcare system projects.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Participate in project planning meetings with stakeholders.
  • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

  • 3+ years managing healthcare systems and administration.
