The Shoe Machine Operator plays an essential role in our production team, responsible for applying designs and identification information onto shoes using stamping equipment. The perfect candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and be adept at working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure that quality control is maintained throughout your work, keeping the production line running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate shoe stamping machines effectively.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the stamping process.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Document production outputs for tracking and assessment.
• Assist in the training of new operators.
• Monitor and manage equipment performance closely.
