Job Description

As an Instructional Technologist, you will leverage cutting-edge technology to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs. You will work closely with educators to incorporate innovative teaching methods, ensuring enhanced learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and assess technology solutions tailored to meet educational needs.
  • Work with subject matter experts to enhance learning experiences through digital platforms.
  • Support the design and implementation of instructional design strategies.
  • Evaluate feedback from educators and students to improve technology integration.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, inspiring faculty to embrace new pedagogies.
  • Manage projects related to educational technology development.
  • Provide mentorship to faculty in the use of learning management systems.
  • Stay current with technology trends in education to advise stakeholders.
  • Document and share successful instructional technology practices within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in educational technology implementation
