Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for dyeing various types of fur to meet client specifications. Your role is crucial in ensuring color consistency and quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate dyes and chemicals for various fur types.
• Keep detailed records of dye lot information.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback on dye quality and process efficiency to management.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in textile dyeing or a related field
• Degree in Textile Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in dyeing or textile processing

Technical Skills

• Advanced dyeing techniques
• Management of dyeing processes

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
