Job Description

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain application systems and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches and updates.
• Collaborate with software developers to deploy new applications and perform integration testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding application systems.
• Participate in system testing, operational readiness reviews, and deployment activities.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery simulations to ensure system resilience.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep skills updated in line with industry advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in application systems administration.
