We are searching for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients by troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in software, hardware, and network configurations.
  • Provide users with instructional support for software applications.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to management.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems.
  • Participate in special projects and additional support tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience
  • Beneficial to hold customer service certifications
Experience
  • 2+ years in a IT support capacity
